[Show only this article / Modify / Delete / Send trackback / Add to the shared category]

1. Bad things
2. Good things
3. Summary

  1. Bad things

We always have to pay attention to the cleanness of tables. You cannot expect the cleanness of Japan in Singapore.
We are far apart from relatives in Japan.
The cost of rent house is so expensive compared to Japan. You will feel you are working for living house.
Singapore itself is narrow. You cannot expect so much by the travel in Singapore.
Insurance is not enough compared to Japan.
  2. Good things

You can see people who you won't meet unless you come to Singapore, which is the most important things.
We are forced to use English, so the resource of knowledge expands due to it. For example, times to see https://www.safaribooksonline.com/ has increased so dramatically.
Time to spend with my wife increased due to the limitation for us to go out by oneself in the initial stage.
You can go to the neighbouring countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia easily just by using bus or ship.
Current house is wider than Tokyo's one, though the price is unacceptable at all.
  3. Summary

There are good things and bad things for everything.
So what is most important is what you will get new and not what you will lose.

2016/02/24 "Singapore > Pest > My first battle with a cockroach in Singapore"
[Show only this article / Modify / Delete / Send trackback / Add to the shared category]

I won the first battle with a cockroach in SG.
I felt the necessity of keeping rooms clean so much...
I used Bio-X but I felt the effectiveness of the spray is slow though it may be enough to kill a cockroach eventually.

Now I need the courage to clean up the corpse of it.

Sayings from S-Cry-Ed

Rule in this world is speed. Even stupid person can write cool novel if he can spend 20 years for it.

If someone helped me, I will help him in return, which is my rule.

To become stronger, consider what is cowardliest thinking. And rebel against the thinking, which will make you stronger.

I am Japanese but working for some English sites.
